Tract 2 of 2 Details:
Tract 2 consists of 86+/- acres of which 60.14+/- acres are considered FSA tillable. This tract features a long private driveway to an existing homesite on the ridge. There is a large 40 x 70 shed with two sets of 12-foot doors offering ample space for equipment storage. Tract 2 has an abundance of pasture ground with lots of good fencing.
