  • Dennis and his team are absolutely amazing. To start with I searched around the internet and I kept coming back to his webpage. I liked what I saw. We had a phone call. Then the family did a phone call with him and were really impressed with his knowledge experience and explaining the whole process. It is a three prong approach which made it very easy and run smoothly. If you want to sell a farm or a piece of land he is the one you want to be representing you. It was like a well oiled machine. First, he and his team did all the marketing of the farm as well as the auction. Second, another member of his team did the paperwork. Third another member of his team did the closing. Throughout the process we were kept upto date with everything which he was constantly giving us updates as to where we were in the process from marketing to auction to paperwork to final closing date.
