Carrie is a lifelong Missouri native who grew up in the close knit community of Chillicothe, where agriculture, small businesses, and strong relationships have always been an important part of everyday life. Her roots in the area, combined with more than fourteen years of experience in the insurance industry, have given her a strong understanding of the people, businesses, and agricultural operations that make rural Missouri unique.
For the past seven years, Carrie has served as both an insurance agent and agency owner. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals, families, farmers, landowners, and business owners to help protect what they have worked hard to build. Her years in the insurance industry have allowed her to develop lasting relationships with clients throughout the agricultural community and gain valuable experience working with people through important financial and property related decisions.
Carrie has always believed that successful business is built on trust, communication, and relationships. Many of the clients she has served over the years have become much more than customers. They are people and families she has gotten to know personally, often working with them year after year as their farms, businesses, families, and needs have changed.
Her transition into real estate is a natural extension of that experience. Carrie brings with her an established network throughout North Central and Northwest Missouri, along with years of experience listening to clients, understanding their goals, and helping them navigate major decisions. Her familiarity with agriculture and the relationships she has developed with farmers and rural landowners provide a strong foundation as she begins helping clients buy and sell land, homes, and other real estate.
Whether working with a longtime landowner considering the sale of a farm, a buyer looking to expand an existing operation, or a family searching for their next property, Carrie understands that every transaction represents more than simply buying or selling real estate. For many clients, these properties represent years of hard work, family history, financial investment, and plans for the future. She approaches those decisions with the same level of care and personal service that has defined her insurance career.
Helping people has always been at the center of Carrie's professional life, and she is excited to bring that same dedication, work ethic, and relationship focused approach to her career in real estate.
Outside of work, Carrie is a proud mother of three children. Her son, Max, 24, is serving in the United States Air Force; her daughter, Reagin, 21, is a registered nurse; and her daughter, Lydia, 18, is currently attending college.
With deep roots in the Chillicothe community, more than a decade of experience serving clients, and a genuine appreciation for the people and agricultural communities of Missouri, Carrie looks forward to continuing to build relationships and helping clients achieve their real estate goals for many years to come.
