Part timber/part pasture. Overgrowth has provided for bedding area for abundance of wildlife. Many deer have nested and drank from ponds while traveling thru. Two ponds---smaller pond is shallow, however spring fed and always held water(to owners knowledge). Bigger pond had lively little perch, which provided entertainment for the little ones when fishing. Some producing walnut and pecan trees scattered throughout, plus a few apple trees. Wild asparagus and mushrooms have been enjoyed as well.
