The acres up for auction sit on both the East and West side of 91 as well as a portion on the South side of County Road 98. There is a small portion on the West side of the Platte River that is accessible via County Road 92. Please review maps for directions and access to all tracts.

Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
This is an online only auction.
Bidders will be required to register and sign terms/conditions before bidding on the auction.
Bidders are required to register 24-hours prior to bid closing day and time.
Bidding is NOT subject to financing, inspections, or other contingencies or delays to the execution of the lease agreement.
Anyone not known by the Auction Company or sellers may be required to show proof of Bank Letter of Credit.
You are bidding on the tillable acres only, winning bidder will not have access rights to other portions of the tracts or any other portions of the farm for any other purposes unless express consent is given by the owner.
At the conclusion of the auction, the owner/lessor shall have 5-days to interview some or all bidders and select a lessee. It's important to note the highest bidder will be given the most consideration, however the high bidder will not automatically be declared the winning bidder.
This auction has a bidder premium equal to 10% of the first year's gross rent (first year only). As a bidder you will only see the bid value, not the bid value plus the 10% premium. The bidder premium will be manually calculated and added post auction. The auction company will invoice the selected lessee, an amount equal to 10% of his or her high bid, when the owner notifies us of his or her selection.
Owner and the selected lessee to be responsible for preparing and executing the lease agreement. Lease term for 502+/- acres to be 3-years, 2024, 2025, 2026.
Bidding will end with a soft close, meaning that a bid in the final minutes will extend the bidding by approximately 5 minutes.
All bids are placed on a per acre basis (your bid times the advertised acres). Bidders will be required to register and sign terms/conditions before bidding on the auction.
