Auction Terms & Conditions:
Online bidding opens April 13, 2022.
Online bidding will begin ending Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at 11:00 am.
Each Tract will end with a soft close, meaning that a bid in the final minute will extend bidding by approximately 5 minutes.

The successful high bidder, upon completion of the Real Estate Auction, must sign a purchase agreement and render 10% of the purchase price (earnest money) as a deposit on Real Estate in the form of a personal check, business check, certified funds or wire payable to Closing Company. Balance due at final closing on or before May 20, 2022.

The winning bidder (should he choose to farm it himself, or if he has his own farmer) will be granted access to begin farming the property on auction day (April 20) when the purchase agreement is signed and earnest money deposited. Purchaser understands failure to close will result in the forfeiture of any and all time and input costs associated with farming activity that occurs prior to closing. Full possession to be at time of closing (May 20).

All bids are placed on a per acre basis (your bid times the total acres for each tract). Bidders will be required to register and sign terms/conditions before bidding on the auction.

United Country Property Solutions LLC must receive a signed copy of the contract (hand delivered, faxed, or scanned and emailed) within 24-hours after the buyer has been notified that the sellers have accepted his or her bid.
Once accepted, this agreement shall be binding on the parties and their successors and assigns.
