Buyer to Execute a 1031 Exchange

Budget up to $2.5M

I spoke with a customer today that has a standing offer on a two farms that he owns in another state. He owns several Missouri farms and he would like to add to his acreage here. 

His budget is up o $2.5M and he’s looking for quality farmland in Northern Missouri. Will consider upland or bottom row crop farmland. He’s an investor so if you’re an owner/operation and have something you’d consider selling, a lease-back might be an option.
