If you’re considering an extensive tree planting project, the Missouri Department of Conservation has a program that offers land owners the opportunity to purchase trees in bulk for as little as $0.34 per seedling (2021-2022 prices).  Orders are accepted from Sept. 1, 2021, through April 15, 2022, although some species do sell out quickly.
