I have a buyer wanting to purchase some land bordering the Grand River. Ideal property would be located near the stretch of river around the Pattonsburg area/I-35. Small in size and around 5-20 acres. Would be a bonus if some of the property was elevated enough to put a small cabin on property. Buyers willing to potentially pay for a survey if they need to in order to accomplish a sale. This is a great family wanting a place to spend the weekends and do some fishing and camping!
