Buyer shopping for 60 to 80 acres close-in to KC, would need to be zoned commercial or qualify for re-zoning. Relocating business.
Buyer is selling some out of state commercial property and would like to 1031 exchange into land in the Platte City MO area. ROI is not the biggest motivating factor. Would look at three or four 100+ acre parcels.
Buyer has standing offer on a farm he is selling, needs 1031 exchange in NWMO in the $1.5M range. Needs quality row crop
A previous client is selling a couple properties out of state and would like to 1031 to North MO row crop. Budget $2M.
Four buyers called about the parcels that are already under contract in Holt and Atchison Counties. All seeking quality upland farms in these counties.
Three buyers called on the the 80 acre tracts that are already under contract in Chillicothe. If you have something similar, I have buyers.
