We’ve received several buyer needs, in the past few days, so I want to share a few requests to see if any of our blog readers might have a solution.
But first I want to thank the land owners and other Realtors for the calls and emails regarding my recent post about a prospect needing to execute a budget of $12M. These funds have all been obligated.
12/30/2020 – Up to $2M. One of my repeat, out of state clients, has an offer on a farm he wants to sell, but before accepting, he would need to identify a replacement. The ideal northern Missouri farm would offer good ROI and have a farmer in place. He prefers upland farms with terrace & tile.
12/30/2020 – Seeking Land Form – Good farm ground, row crop, no improvements on black top, up to $1,300,000, Preferred Location: Northwest Missouri
12/30/2020 – Duck hunting with row crop. I know this is a tough one but if anybody has something, there’s really high demand.
12/29/2020 – Up to $1.7M. A previous client of mine has his farm under contract and is seeking to 1031 exchange to a row crop farm in Missouri. This is an investor that would require the seller to continue farming or would require farmer in place.
12/31/2020 – Seeking Land Form – $1.4M looking for something similar to the 235 Acres that recently sold in Harrison County.
12/30/2020 -Three calls from Investors. I continue to receive calls on the 1,341 acres that sold in Chillicothe MO. There are many large investors looking to diversify their portfolio. Land makes since right now, so large tracts are in demand.
12/31/2020 – Seeking Land Form – Land to build home, 5-30 acres, North of 70 – Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Oak Grove, would prefer land with trees, pond, stream/creek, etc.
12/26/2020 – Seeking Land Form – Keep me in mind for good low ground that does not flood much or badly, prefer a smaller parcel 80 to 170A
1/26/2020 – Seeking Land Form – Looking to lease row crop acres in NWMO for 2021. Will consider large and small tracts.
