Our recent run of high quality (Premier) farms created excitement among buyers, eager for their chance at owning a great row crop farm. I’ve been busy writing offers and facilitating buyer/seller conversations resulting in 2,257 acres under contract in five Missouri Counties. Several of these farms received multiple offers, achieving accepted contracts in less than 24-hours. As you can imagine, this is a lot of phone calls, text messages, and Facebook messages. This kind of action has generated 100’s of qualified buyer leads with budgets ranging in size from $300,000 to $12,000,000.

Bottom line is, many of these buyers feel like they missed their chance, and I need listings to fill the void. If I had a dime for every time I here, “Dennis if you get another property like that one, YOU CALL ME!”
