My buddy and I are looking for a farm in this area. Preferably deer/duck but would buy just a deer/turkey farm if close to duck country where we might find a lease.

This property S of Mendon is attractive but too steep for us. We are probably in the $300-$500k range for a recreational piece and up to $800,000k or so with a good income farm.
