I have a buyer client I’ve worked with in the past. He’s an investor interested in purchasing and closing on a farm before the end of 2020. The ideal farm would be an upland farm with terrace and tile (grass back terraces are OK). He would consider anywhere in North MO up to $1.7M. It would be helpful if a farmer is already place but not absolutely necessary. We’ve offered on a couple properties but so far, no deal. Preferred ROI is around 4%. Thanks for any assistance. Dennis
